Terms of Service

Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Agreement

By playing RangeSqueeze at rangesqueeze.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can play

RangeSqueeze is for people aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian to create an account.

3. Your account

Accounts are optional. If you create one, please give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person, please.

4. Fair play

Please do not cheat, use bots or automated tools, copy or scrape the questions or game, interfere with the service or its leaderboards, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may remove scores, suspend accounts or block access when we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

5. Our content

The game, its questions, design, text, graphics and code belong to RangeSqueeze or its licensors. You may play and share your results for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, sell or republish the game or its question banks.

6. Feedback and submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas, we may use them to improve the game without owing you anything. Gameplay videos or other content you choose to submit to us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and we will ask for your permission before using identifiable content in advertising.

Custom games. If you create a custom game, you are responsible for its title, questions and answers. Do not include anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, harassing or threatening, or anyone else's private information. We may remove any custom game or restrict an account that breaks these rules. By creating a custom game, you give us permission to store it and show it to anyone you share it with.

7. Bracket Club membership

The daily puzzles in every mode are free to play. Bracket Club is an optional paid membership that includes the Archive (past puzzles), creating custom games, and access to new features as we add them.

Price and plans. Bracket Club costs $3 a month or $30 a year (US dollars, plus any tax that applies). The price is shown before you pay.

Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and the payment method you used is charged each time, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your Account, using Manage subscription. When you cancel, you keep your membership until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months or years, except where the law requires a refund.

Changes. If we change the price, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect. We may add, change or remove member features over time.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your membership is linked to your RangeSqueeze account, so you need an account to join.

8. Accuracy

We work hard to keep every question and answer correct, but trivia facts can be disputed or change over time. Answers and scores are provided for fun and may be corrected.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the game, including daily puzzles, accounts and leaderboards. We try to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RangeSqueeze is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, scores or streaks, arising from your use of the service.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using RangeSqueeze at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will give notice on the site. Continuing to play after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
