When does a new puzzle come out?

Every day at midnight in your own time zone. The countdown on the home screen shows how long is left.

How is my score worked out?

Each question is worth up to 100 points. If your range catches the answer, you score more the narrower it is; a range that misses scores nothing. A range that's practically spot on scores the full 100.

Is it free?

Yes. Range Squeeze is free to play, with or without an account.

Do I need an account?

No. You can play as a guest. A free account keeps your streak and scores on any device, puts you on the leaderboard and lets you join friends leagues.

What is a streak freeze?

Every 7 days in a row earns a freeze, up to 2. If you miss a day, a freeze is used automatically so your streak carries on.

What are friends leagues?

Private tables for you and your friends. Create a league, share its code, and see this week's total scores. Tables reset every Monday.

Why can't I see today's answers on the answers page?

Answers are only published once a day is over, so nobody can look them up while the puzzle is live.

I think an answer is wrong. What can I do?

Tap Report under the question on your results screen. We check every report.

Can I play past puzzles?

Past answers are on the Past answers page. Playing older puzzles is something we're working on.

How do I delete my account?

Open the menu, choose Account, then Delete account. Your account and its data are deleted straight away.
